1. Account Setup & Security

Immediately after logging into your Telegram account, you must set up your own Two-Step Verification (2FA/Cloud Password). This is the single most important step to ensure complete ownership. We strongly recommend doing this within the first few minutes of delivery.

2. Login Process

(1) Open Telegram → Add Account, (2) Enter the phone number provided, (3) Request the login code via "Get Code" in the bot or website, (4) Enter the code plus any 2FA password if set, (5) Immediately change the 2FA password to your own.

3. Account Condition

All Telegram accounts are pre-cleaned prior to delivery — photos, bio, contacts, and chat history are cleared.

4. Virtual Number Limitation

These accounts are registered using virtual phone numbers. It is technically impossible for us to receive a second SMS code once the account has been claimed and logged out, or if the session is otherwise lost. If this happens, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

5. Device Auto-Logout Policy

For security, sessions opened on our internal "tele-alt" style devices are automatically logged out after 60 minutes. This does not affect the account once you've logged in on your own device.

6. Post-Delivery Liability

Once the account has been successfully delivered and you have logged in, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for any bans, restrictions, or deletions that occur afterward.

Discord Accounts

1. Account Format

Discord accounts are delivered in the format email:password:token. The password works for both the email inbox and the Discord account itself.

2. Taking Ownership

(1) Go to the mail site included with your order, (2) Log in using the email and password provided, (3) Open your Discord account settings, (4) Change both the email and password to your own personal credentials.

3. Urgency of Email Change

Complete the email change as soon as possible. The mail inboxes used are temporary and not guaranteed to remain accessible long-term. Delaying this may result in permanent loss of access, for which we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

4. Device & Usage Warnings

Avoid logging in from a mobile phone, especially for "ban evasion" purposes — this increases the risk of your device/number being flagged, which can affect the account. Also avoid suspicious activity immediately after delivery (e.g. changing the email and instantly contacting Discord support) — this pattern can itself trigger a flag.

5. Post-Delivery Liability

Once you have successfully logged in, our responsibility ends. Any bans or restrictions resulting from your use of the account, including the scenarios above, are not covered by any refund or replacement policy.

2. Login/Access Guarantee Only

We guarantee that the account will be accessible and that you will be able to successfully log in at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee the account's standing beyond that point, and are not responsible for how you use it afterward.

3. Reporting Invalid Accounts

If an account is invalid or non-functional immediately on arrival, contact us right away via the support ticket button on the checkout page. Claims submitted after a delay, or after the account has clearly been used, will not be eligible.

4. Refund Policy

Balance deposits are non-withdrawable — funds may only be spent within the bot/website, not refunded to any external wallet or card. Approved refunds are issued exclusively as bot balance; we do not process cash, crypto, or any third-party refund. A complete screen recording of your entire purchase, from checkout through first login, is required for any refund request — no recording means no support or refund.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use any purchased account for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or in violation of Telegram's or Discord's own Terms of Service.

6. All Sales Are Final

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once delivered, except where a valid refund claim is submitted per Section 4 above.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost access, bans, or restrictions arising from your use of any purchased account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
